 About Kurt Kobes, Open Sky Photography Kurt Kobes has had the privilege of photographing weddings and other events professionally since 1995 throughout the United States. He specializes in wedding photography and is available to photograph your wedding in any location or destination that you may choose. Open Sky Photography was started with a vision of providing clients meaningful artistic photos they will cherish forever at a price they can afford. Kurtʼs goal is to make the moments you treasure most preserved in classic timeless photographs providing you with wonderful memories that last a lifetime. He takes great care in ensuring your special day exceeds your every expectation. Other passions of his include working with youth and missions. He has served in Haiti, Slovakia, Jamaica and has led teams of youth to Mexico, Canada and various locations around the United States. He recently returned from a three month outreach in Uganda and Sudan, Africa. Kurt is also passionate about photographing wildlife and nature. You can view his work on this site as well as purchase any of the prints. 25% of all the proceeds collected from the sale of his wildlife and nature prints go to help fund relief work for Aids/HIV children in Africa. There are currently over 10 million children living with Aids or HIV in Africa. Many of those have already lost one or both parents.
